Why charge per practice instead of per headset?

Because 'per headset' punishes growth. Add a second office with three headsets and a per-headset model tacks on hundreds of dollars a month; with VRET the price is per practice and extra headsets are a flat $69/mo. A flat price per practice is our bet — the more you use it, the more you come out ahead.

Do I need to buy headsets? Which ones?

Yes. We recommend the Meta Quest 3 (around $500 each). You pay once, you own them, and they last 3+ years. If you already have Quest 2 or Quest Pro, those work too. VRET is software — we don't sell or rent hardware.

Is there a contract? How do I cancel?

No lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard in one click, with one billing cycle's notice to close out the period. The 30-day money-back guarantee (identical on every plan) applies from activation — if you use it, we refund everything.

What exactly does the 30-day guarantee include?

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we refund 100% of the first period — no questions, no minimum-usage clause. It's the same guarantee on every plan, and it's in the contract, not just the marketing.

What if I grow past 4 clinicians in session at once?

Clinic includes up to 4 headsets at once. Need more? Add extra headsets at $69/mo each (up to 10). Above 10 simultaneous headsets, Enterprise is the better fit — up to 50 headsets, a dedicated contact, single sign-on, and EHR integration.

Is my patient data secure?

Your data lives on EU-hosted, encrypted infrastructure, and each practice only ever sees its own — enforced by row-level tenant isolation. Patients are anonymous by design: VRET never receives a real identity. We sign a GDPR-grade data processing agreement (DPA) with you.
