FAQ

What clinicians ask before the demo

Is the demo sales or clinical?

It's always run by someone on the VRET team. Solo and small-practice demos are led by our clinical advisor, a licensed psychologist in active practice. Group-practice calls add our technical co-founder for SSO/GDPR/DPA questions. There's no pure-sales rep.

Do I need a Meta Quest 3 before the demo?

No. The demo is a screen share with a live WebRTC preview. If you have a headset we'll connect it, but it isn't required. We'll help you spec the purchase (model, accessories, supplier) if you're interested.

What if I book and it turns out not to be a fit?

We'll tell you in the first 5–10 minutes rather than burn your hour. Qualification runs both ways: if VRET isn't right for your practice today (low volume, no VR-treatable caseload, a contract with two years left), we'll say so honestly.

Can I bring colleagues from my practice to the demo?

Yes. For a group practice we recommend at least a decision-maker plus a clinician who will use the product. Want your compliance or IT lead in the security section? We'll make room for it.
